The Beechwood Apartments is a HUD-subsidized affordable housing community offering quality apartment living at a rent residents can afford. Through the HUD rental assistance program, qualified residents generally pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, subject to program requirements. For households with very limited income, rent may be as low as $25 per month.
